Projects delivered by the University’s framework deal are expected to vary in value between £50m and £250m across three campuses.
The mix of properties within scope include scheduled monuments, listed buildings, buildings of various ages and new construction.
This includes the delivery of a new learning, research, and enterprise hub at Greenwich; new learning and research spaces at the Medway campus and up-graded teaching, simulated learning and research spaces at Avery Hill to meet changing models of health care and education.
